Earlier today a post showed up in a local social media group as a reminder that the City of Dillingham want's their due... My mind wandered a bit as I decided if I should comment my thoughts or just be quiet. So I chose to actually write out my comment because there is no way that I can remain silent on something that makes little to no sense. The multiple layer taxation systems that are essentially enslavement of another form are confusing at best.
