The facts surrounding this issue no matter which facet of the political and/or religious facet of the planet you may fall on are suspect at best and right down evil at the worst.  All of this should give any person reason to take pause when making their own personal healthcare choices.  With that choice should absolutely come the respect for others that make a different choice when it comes to their own personal healthcare decisions.  I personally do not care if you choose to think you are being inoculated against the US Government made bioweapon that was ‘accidentally’ released from a lab in China… but you also shouldn’t care if I choose to not be assaulted with a type of vaccination that is not yet proven safe and has a questionable development histogram and has already be shown to be less effective than originally claimed and has created significant adverse reactions.  

This man made pestilence that has come upon the world and looks to be with Us forever is in my opinion something that We deserve… We have allowed the governments to become the great beast that controls literally every aspect of our lives.  They take from Our own endeavors and spend those resources to make War against God’s Creation for the personal and secular comfort of an elitist class.  Our labor is converted into weapons of War just like this virus 🦠 and we are made to suffer at our own hands. This is the beast that We the People allowed to come about…

One positive thing that has come out of the whole CV19 debacle is that the truth about the US government’s role about funding and participating in Nazi Germany styled medical experiments all across the globe.  Two weeks ago it was revealed that the NIH under Fauci had funded Viral GOF/Enhancement research in China and tortuous experiments on animals.  This week it’s been found that the NIH also funded research using the scalps of aborted humans being grafted into rodents.  If this isn’t proof that the US has failed and is as evil as Satan itself then nothing is.  

Yes what Fauci’s NIH is filthy… but even more vile is that despite all the evidence stacking up against the current corporate regime in DC… a lot of Americans are happily swallowing it all head and shaft.  The people are being vilified for speaking out against the idiotic atrocities of the MIC by people that don’t contribute to society.  Satan’s Simps bully the faithful and the truth seekers through all manner of coercive means and promote the degradation of society through false equity and the corrupted courts.

We the People have pretty much abandoned our self and pursue the as legislated American Dream… as shoved down our throats by the coordinated corporate media control… the antithesis of what America is supposed to be. I’m gonna demonstrate this by posting this in a local Fbook group and see how long it takes for a ‘progressive’ to either attack me personally or bring up the last POTUS… whom I did NOT vote for nor support. But the #PerfectPeople will reign… but only here on Earth.

DLG Council Candidate Survey

Last week I reached out to a dozen or so local residents that own property and run businesses in Dillingham.  I asked for their assistance in composing a list of questions for the people campaigning to represent Us on the Dillingham City Council and as Mayor.  The response was overwhelming with many of the people asking a lot of the same questions… here Ya’ go folks. I suggest that if you like the list… copy and paste it into an email to the City of Dillingham (communitysuggestions@dillinghamak.us) as a suggestion for the upcoming ‘debate’ on September 27, 28 and 29, 2021. 

In order to help voters become informed about the issues surrounding governance in Dillingham, We submit the following questions to candidates seeking to be elected to two council seats and the position of Mayor.  As the election is fast approaching it is expected that responses be returned no later than September 25, 2021 so that voters can have ample opportunity to review response and make informed choices when casting their votes.

1. What do you see as the single biggest issue facing the City of Dillingham in the next 3 years?
2. What do you plan to do to help curb deficit spending by the City of Dillingham?
3. Will you support the City of Dillingham providing funding for the Dillingham City School District if the curriculum contains social justice and/or critical race theory based education supplements?
4. Will you support the increase of any taxes on sales, services and property within the City of Dillingham?
5. Will you support the maintaining of EO 2020-22… the ‘permanent emergency’ ordinance that ceded the council’s regulatory authority to the City Manager?
6. What can the City of Dillingham do to help keep more of the commercial fishing fleet based out of Dillingham thus increasing it’s economic impact upon our community?
7. What can the City of Dillingham do to help increase economic opportunities for residents? 
8. What can be done to increase job performance of City employees and/or contractors to make sure We the taxpayers are getting our money’s worth?

For my entire life I have been taught that at some point the earthly will forsake God and a reckoning will come upon the Earth. One half of boanerges was revealed to by God about the ‘End Times’ of the failed earthly kingdom. In Revelations, John foretells of immorality becoming societies benchmark and the public persecution of truth and God. It’s more than likely to make a big gain this year… which means more taxes for everyone and from all levels and most assuredly the lives of everyday Americans will not really change much, certainly not for the better.

 

And Yes… Our nation is still spending billions overseas but not really to the amounts that people think.  The biggest overseas expenditures are really listed as ‘aid’ to foreign nations because they are more related to national ‘defense’ issues. 

 

 

👀There are literally millions of words in the almost 6000 page “Relief/Rescue” bill that base the actual amount upon things like past income and benefit, the $600 is the hypothetical perfect situation that most Americans do not fall under.  So that means that the $703.2 Billion of POOF money is actually higher. 

 

Digging the hole deeper isn’t fixing anything and only works to entrench the corporate enslavement of We the People.  

BTW… Trumps threat to VETO the ‘Rescue/Relief’ bill and wanting the per capita payout increased to $2000.00 is something that he is doing right.  Those resources that the corporatocracy in DC keep on POOFing away as America falters all around belong to We the People.

Randomly Catching Up… Sort Of.

 

Being almost completely cut off from social media for two months now has been interesting. There’s no immediacy in the news and opinions of the corporate-media’s choosing.  It’s also proven to demonstrate how electronic communications and interactions have taken over the lives of virtually everyone… pun intended.  I do get to read the news when I choose to do so… but the news outlets that serve Southwestern Alaska are severely lacking.  The prevalence of fbook, twitter and Instagram in communications has pretty much replaced print and radio media.  Yes the local NPR station does some local news and such, but they are small and limited because of over a dozen years of deficit spending by the SoA. 

So… in those forays onto ‘news’ sites during the past couple of weeks and hearing through the national press that Biden is as expected doing the same ole’ same ole’ that all the past dozen POTUS’s have done as he sets up his administration. I’m just sitting over here waiting for We the People to wake up to the fact that the ‘political’ system that CONTROL our governments has FAILED. So what that every 4-8 years the power structure amongst the supposed elected representatives fades from red to blue and back again when the only color that really matters to them is GREEN. 

 

Who can stand up and actually say that the last two presidents and several shifts of Congress really made the daily lives of Americans any better as a whole?  Currently in the USA… We the People are living like the Soviet people did as they slaved and toiled away to feed a corrupted government and war machine. We have to ask permission to travel and are required to participate in medical procedures to do so. People are told to stay home unless the government deems them necessary.  Government is being conducted behind closed doors as We are ignored by our representatives. These conditions exist because We the People have allowed this to happen.  

Moving on… I guess that We should be thankful to the powers that be because they’ve developed a vaccine for this virus that has us all hunkered down and avoiding being people.  Yes, the Gov’t says that vaccinated people should still follow the masking and isolation orders and/or advisements.  I was asked by a member of the press my opinion of today’s message from the Governor of Alaska. I replied:

“There’s nothing new about it other than the language used to urge citizens to be vigilant… how this is interpreted at the local level will be interesting.”

The next question:

“My question is how do you think the CoD will exploit his message?”

My reply:

“I can’t say.”

    It’s Monday again and thankfully the news cycle is a bit tamer than it was last Monday.  Somethings have transpired that have thrown some people off and even pissed quite a few others off, but that’s how life throws things at Us and we have to do the proverbial ‘roll with the punches’.  So, if your POUS candidate didn’t come out ahead and is a soon to be footnote in American history, join the club.  I haven’t voted for a mainstream corporate party candidate in years knowing that the odds were slim to none of being satisfied with the outcome.

 

    Now it’s time for Americans to look towards trying to figure out our way up out of the mess that the whole Covid-19/Corona virus issue has become.  Despite the incredibly low mortality rate of CV-19 infections, the governments still operate as if it is the greatest threat to our nation since al-Qaeda supposedly led the attack on the US in 2001 that kicked off the last 20 years of the ‘War of Terrorism’ that has led to trillions being expended to bomb and subjugate huge swaths of the Middle East and Africa. Yes Covid-19 is real and people have gotten sick and died from it, but it’s not the overwhelming threat that has been claimed.  I do feel for those that have suffered from it and for those that have lost loved ones and family to it.  I pray that God shows his mercy upon them.

 

But moving on to more pressing matters at hand… the recovery of the republic.

 

    Over the past year or so, We have seen a wide variety of political shenanigans leading up to the Biden/Harris victory and the divisions between We The People widened.  Most of this growth in the dividing of the people was fueled by the ever-present overtones of corporate political parties and media entities that are out for one thing and one thing only; filling their bank accounts with our money and resources to further their own wealth and power.  The people of America and the states of the Republic have been duped time and time again into voting for those power-hungry personalities that want to do nothing but forward their own agendas at the cost of liberty and security of the people.  

    When I went to check my business email on Saturday, I did see a ‘headline’ that asked something like: “What happens if a President Elect dies before assuming office.”  It was originally a piece from WaPo that was published in May 2020 and then updated and published in August 2020 (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/05/16/what-happens-if-us-presidential-candidate-withdraws-or-dies-before-election-is-over-part-1/) .  And here’s the Yahoo! Last evening the City of Dillingham posted a 64 page supplement to the council packet for this evening's Council Meeting.  This is in addition to the 100+ pages they posted on Monday.  That posting of the packet on Monday did have some  of the more contentious items in Ordinance 2020-22 struck, but some of that is added right back in but worded differently.

Beating A Deadhorse?

Just reading the title of this permanent ordinance naming an ‘emergency’ says a lot about the calamity Dillingham Ordinance 2020-22 actually is.

This idea must be postponed for much further public discussion.  Making permanent the ‘emergency’ of Covid/Corona/CV-19 and the ambiguous ever-changing mitigation plan/policy is a far-over-reaching act.  It pretty much puts a perpetual infringement upon the people’s personal rights and their property. Will They Let Us Speak?

 Madam Mayor and City Council Members,

I want to thank the City Council for removing some of the more contentious points that were contained in Ordinance 2020-22.  However, I also want to point out that the people of Dillingham are due a truly public and open forum to discuss moving forward with how to prepare our community for future emergency situations.  The current method of having limited access to our elected government presents too many challenges to accurately and fully hearing the voices of the constituents. 

 

Over the past several months of listening in to these telephonic meetings that can prove to be quite challenging has clearly shown that doing the business of We the People over telephone and internet connections is lacking.  On numerous occasions I have missed comments and points made by fellow citizens, government employees and our elected representatives.  I can absolutely guarantee that I am not the only person that feels like we are being shortchanged by the current meeting methods. 

Over the past 3 weeks the Council has received letters asking that Ordinance 2020-22 be tabled/halted until a public forum can occur.  By including this modified version of the ordinance for adoption in the upcoming meeting, it’s clearly showing that the Council would rather limit public participation in Our government rather than meet with the people to hear them out.  I would like to encourage all Council members to reject the adoption of Ordinance 2020-22 and to stop changing the already existing ‘emergency’ ordinance as well.  The mitigation efforts already being ‘enforced’ in Dillingham are in-line with the State and Federal guidelines and do not need to be expanded or modified in any way. 

 

Thank You all for your volunteer service for Our community and I look forward to hearing from all of you soon.  We mustn’t tarry when dealing with timely issues and the will of the people is the most important facet of effective elected governance.

K.I.S.S. Rule…

Sometimes things in life just do NOT have to be complicated.  Adding too much into a process can often serve counter to the purpose to begin with.  For example, when writing a letter to elected representatives of We the People, the author should strive to get the point across in the opening paragraph.  Adding too much verbiage and details that can be brought up later will often cause the reader’s eyes to glaze over and their mind to gloss over the entire intent.

 

This is especially true when dealing with complex topics that have many facets to consider… such as mitigation efforts to stifle the potential spread of a contagion that could possibly pose a potential risk to segments of the population. The issues surrounding the Covid-19/Corona virus are a myriad of emotions and science that can easily be construed to portray whatever a person wants them to say. Currently the Dillingham City Council is striving to maintain operations in a manner to keep people safe… but the language of proposed ordinance 2020-22 is far to ambiguous and essentially places our community in a perpetual ‘State of Emergency’.

 

After various communications with just two of the elected representatives of the people of Dillingham, I can pretty much say that the City Council is not going to ‘table’ the ordinance during next week’s meeting.  They have repeatedly communicated that they are not willing to hold a public in-person forum so that We the People may redress our concerns about the language of 2020-22.  This is disappointing to say the least… but is also very indicative of the issues that We face in getting the governance that We deserve from Our government.

The US Constitution:

“Amendment I

That word ‘Congress’ is interchangeable with any term used to describe any position of governance such as assembly or council. The US Constitution is not a granting of any rights… it is a document that defines what the government cannot do and what rights We the People have secured as Ours.  When a government entity takes it upon itself to grow bureaucracy and ignore the people, then it has out served its purpose and must be replaced in order to stop the potential for tyranny.

As November 5th Approaches... Remember, Remember...

 Madam Mayor and City Council Members,

There are facets of proposed ordinance 2020-22 that the public is becoming very vocal about and concerned. I once again write to You asking that this process be paused.  Theirs is no need to continue the growth of the bureaucracy in Dillingham because of an ‘emergency’.  Establishing expansive powers to be available in an emergency while under an ‘emergency’ is something that the people must be involved in and public awareness must be increased.  There are a lot of people in Dillingham that haven’t an idea about the mitigation provisions written into this ordinance.    

 

I would like to suggest that the Council consider putting any vote on Ordinance 2020-22 on hold until after an in-person public hearing is held where the people can all line up to speak to the issues on a first come, first serve basis.  Not in the typical format of speaking by appointment and by-favor, but one where the general public is allowed to be heard by the council and each other. There’s no reason that this cannot be held…and held very soon in the DHS Gymnasium with social distancing and masks.

So DLG… What’s Next?

 Over the past two weeks a collaboration of We the People in Dillingham has begun an effort to get the Dillingham City Council to hold off on taking any further action on ‘Emergency’ Ordinance 2020-22.  I know of at least a dozen or so letters that have been submitted to the Mayor and members of the council asking that the Ordinance be ‘tabled’ and a public forum styled meeting be held by the Council so that the citizens may voice in-person their concerns for this ever-growing ‘Emergency’ ordinance.  I personally only received a reply from the Mayor that was minimal at best… but that seems to be status quo for those supposed elected representatives of We the People.

 

The next City Council meeting is when they are supposed to take action to either ratify the new ‘Emergency’ ordinance or not.  As of today, no announcement has been made about holding off and pretty soon it may become totally apparent that Our government is not listening to the people they are supposed to be representing. It disgusts me that I have to write something so presumptuous about the council, but I can only base my thoughts of the facts. Now… I may be off-base completely because I am not in-the-know on a lot of things anymore since being deleted by fbook.  Maybe the DLG Citizens for Freedom group has made some progress in getting the Council to actually do their job… probably not though.

 

I did however pen and publish a letter to the council asking for a delay in action and I shared that letter far and wide.  I also quickly designed a few ‘print your own’ signs and sent them to the group email address.  This afternoon I plan to print and laminate some signs (samples below) and hang them in a few places.  I’ll make a few extras and if anyone wants one… y’all can figure out how to get in touch with me.

In reviewing the newest version of the ‘Emergency’ ordinance that is being proposed to replace the previous version of the ordinance meant to address the issues surrounding how to adequately deal with Covid-19, one thing is very apparent.  There is no need to expand any further powers to be granted to hired employees.  Specifically, legislating that an employee of the people of Dillingham be placed in the position of ordering medical procedures, ordering the seizure of private property, placing restrictions upon the free-will use of private property and/or suspending any enacted laws/codes. The Alaska Constitution clearly states that We the people are the rightful owners of our own property and the rewards of our own industry and further explains that the people are the source of government and that it exists for the equal benefit of all people.  

The language being used in EO 2020-22 is ambiguous enough that a casual reader may comprehend that the ordinance is either designed to transfer power from the representatives of the people to a singular non-representative entity OR it is designed to expand the daily powers of the city government apparatus to what equates to be very much an over-reach.  Not long ago, I wrote a letter to the recipients of this letter on May 7 of this year and said this:

 

“I am writing to voice a couple of concerns about the unfortunate situation that our community, region, state, nation and world find ourselves trapped in.  The only thing that can be said of this is that none of Us can predict what the outcome will be, but all of Us should be working cooperatively and responsibly to ensure that We do not create more government bureaucracy that servs to hinder individuality and personal successes of the people.  It’s a well-known fact that once a government entity chooses to create more of itself, it almost never undoes it.”

 

I would like to suggest that the Council consider putting any vote on Emergency Ordinance 2020-22 on hold until after a in-person public hearing is held where the people can all line up to speak to the issues on a first come, first serve basis.  Not in the typical format of speaking by appointment and by-favor, but one where the general public is allowed to be heard by the council and each other. There’s no reason that this cannot be held…and held very soon in the DHS Gymnasium with social distancing and masks.

My Body... My Choice!

Happy Monday Folks... 

I had originally planned to post something today that I have been doing some reading and research on for sometime, but the actions of the Dillingham City Council have side tracked me.  I strongly suggest that you read this post and share it along with others.  

 

As people begin to look through the ‘Emergency’ measures being enacted and/or proposed by the City of Dillingham, several things have stood out.  One of those is the Council granting unilateral power to hired employees to restrict travel, gatherings and even commerce. Putting aside the declared ‘emergency’ issues that some people believe are either overstated or understated; granting the power to infringe upon Constitutional rights to anyone, much less a government employee is crossing a line that should never, ever be crossed.  Another no go area is allowing a hired employee of the people to determine when ‘unrelated’ or ‘prohibitory’ laws can be ignored and broken. Allowing administrative impunity to any law is one of those things that caused the formation of this nation to which all elected officials swear an oath to protect.  I recommend for further reading; people should check out the links below. But to make it easier for those elected officials are too busy to do their own homework on what they swore that oath to… let me remind you of a few key points.

 

Last week the City Council introduced their newest Emergency Order which is an expansion of the last version which some changes. I suggest that people read pages 3-5 which outlines the scope of power that the Council wants to give to a hired employee of We The People. What’s interesting is that since the beginning of this long dragging ‘emergency’ the council has continued to expand these powers despite a very vocal resistance.  This is what the Alaska Constitution says… 

“We the people of Alaska, grateful to God and to those who founded our nation and pioneered this great land, in order to secure and transmit to succeeding generations our heritage of political, civil, and religious liberty within the Union of States, do ordain and establish this constitution for the State of Alaska.”

All political power is inherent in the people. All government originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the people as a whole.”

But let’s get back to this ever expanding ‘emergency’ ordinance being considered for revision by the Dillingham City Council…

 

“Introduce Ordinance 2020-22; An Ordinance of the Dillingham City Council Authorizing the City Manager to Utilize the Emergency Operations Center to Promulgate and Enforce Regulations to Stop the Spread of COVID-19 in Accordance with the Recommendations in the City of Dillingham COVID-19 Mitigation Plan”

But perhaps the most interesting power that they want to grant is the authority to order a medical procedure… a physical violation of a person based upon an ambiguous definition of what ‘symptomatic’ may or may not be. 

 

“Order testing for individuals who are symptomatic or in other situations where testing may be appropriate to limit transmission of COVID-19;” 

 

 

That is absolutely across every single line that exists between We The People and Our Government. Anyone that votes to approve these and any further changes to the ‘Emergency’ ordinance should seriously rethink their involvement in the public process of representing the people. Ordering the violation of any person’s body so as to classify them because of a medical reason goes way beyond violating the meaning “My Body, My Choice!”
