It’s already Saturday 1/29/2022 In Yemen…

A huge portion of the American people live by the ole’ #TGIF mantra in seeking the ‘relief’ of the weekend respite from the daily toil of the work week.  From sporting events to social gatherings to binge drinking and/or eating… Americans love their weekends.  But many forget that all that work usually toiling and tooling away for the benefit of someone else does provide then means by which to celebrate their ‘freedom’

This morning during my Friday morning Scroll & Troll I ran across an essay written by one of America’s absolute experts on Constitutional issues. As a former Attorney, Judge and Professor this guy is one of the go to opinions when it comes to how the federal government is supposed to act under the U.S. Constitution.  Yesterday he published something titled “Our Constitution Is Now Dysfunctional”… (Link Posted Below)

About halfway through the essay, Napolitano brings up the Post 9/11 US policies targeting ‘terrorists’.  “Julian Assange sits in a British dungeon awaiting decisions on his extradition to the U.S. because he courageously, lawfully and constitutionally published documents and videos demonstrating conclusively that Bush's use of drones targeted and murdered Afghan and Iraqi civilians, and his administration covered it up.” But the next paragraph is where it get’s more interesting. Napolitano sort of mentions Obama’s dirty deeds… let me explain why this in particular caught my eye.  

I have been for quite sometime been championing raising awareness of the targeted extrajudicial assassinations of Americans and at least two of those murders were due to Corruption Of Blood.  Here’s the quick and dirty run down on what is #FactNotFiction: President Obama ordered two targeted separate attacks on American citizens that ended up with their deaths.  One of those persons was an outspoken Muslim Cleric…  that had not ever been charged with any crimes by the way and the other person was his 16/17 year old son that was killed while eating at a diner with his cousin who was also a child.  The attack on the son came 2 weeks after the attack that killed his father.    The Obama White House Press Secretary said this when questioned about the killing of the American child; “I would suggest that you should have a far more responsible father if they are truly concerned about the well-being of their children.”  For some reason the Obama loving press let it go… 

(( Pause… This is probably the hundredth or more time that I have narrated these events and it pisses me off that the Presidency is still getting away with it!))

Below is the part that Andrew Napolitano left out of his essay… Why?  

The girl in the picture posted with this ranting is Nora, the little sister to the teenager murdered by Obama. She had made it to the age of 8 living with her widowed mother and grandparents. In fact, her ancestors  have been there since the mid 900s  when 10 tribes migrated away from the coastal plain and outside influence up onto the plateau that is now home for nearly 50000 people.   Coincidentally one of the people that migrated into Northern Yemen was a blood relative of Mohammed. 

They formed a confederation that became one of the strongest and longest lasting regimes in Arabian history.  Until it was discovered that there was potential for natural resources as expressed by the Ottoman Empire and the British became interested… they secured their foothold by supplying a successful resistance in this region to the invasion of the Ottomans.  

That foothold remained long enough that the new technologies used to search for minerals had advanced enough that drones were also used to do magnetic mapping and frequency specific radar surveys of several known wide range deposits.  In the Mid-1990s a Canadian Mining Exploration company obtained the rights to two known deposits… one deposit has almost unheard of levels of Gold… in fact there’s a rather rich large range of it.  But the people that live up around these deposits don’t want their land destroyed and their way of life decimated by profiteering to feed secularism.  A little more in that after We catch up to little Nora on this day 5 years ago…

Sometime early in the morning of January 29, 2017 American troops attacked a ‘compound’ where Nora and her family lived.  Little Nora never reach 9 because she ended up shot in the neck during an American military action in a foreign nation that the US has no business operating in.  She died in her wounded American mother’s arms… 

But the story gets even deeper… But the questions have to be asked first.  

Why is America participating in and supplying arms to supply a military action to take over a mountainous area of Yemen?  Is it because the people from there are opposed to being subjected to outside control of their lives and the subsequent invasion upon their homelands by Western ideals and bulldozers?  They know it’s coming… wherever man finds G.O.D. He vows to wreak havoc and hell until the people and then the land are destroyed and forgotten.  

What’s so damned important about this little spot on Earth that the Worlds powers are paying each other to kill people for? It’s not democracy… because in that region of the world one Islamic government is pretty much just like the next one that may come along.  Even when it comes to corruption… and that of course is directly tied to money.  

Yemen has a lot of minerals and gas that the Western industrial nations want to exploit.  The age of using military might to take resources has never gone away, it merely was rebranded over and over again.  But that’s not where it starts… First they try economic colonialism and this is what happened to Yemen. 

Why has Yemen been involved in a 8 year long Civil War? The oil revenues from production were in decline thus reducing the amount of money the Yemen government had to maintain social programs and itself.  So they chose to begin reducing spending on social subsidy programs and the cuts disproportionately affected the populations in Northern Yemen.  The tipping point was when the Yemeni government cut the nearly 80% subsidies for consumer fuels which caused the price of everything to skyrocket and consumer goods rapidly became scarce.  This all in a country that is full of fuels… but wait those fuels are exported elsewhere while the resident populations live in ‘poverty’ dependent upon bureaucratic handouts.  The Houthi movement in Yemen is taking a truly Islamic approach to how Yemen is to be run.   

Islam directs society to have as little impact upon the Earth as possible.  But even man falls from his Faith at times and a lot of those times have to do with wanting more money and power.  As globalism grew, so did the need for resources and Anglo Corporatists corrupted government leaders in the resource rich Middle East and in particular the Arabian Peninsula.  When the Houthi government took charge and shut down all mineral exploration and took over the oil and gas production, they cut out the ‘middleman’ in the form of British and Canadian exploration and development corporations.  A direct stab into their wallets… of course Saudi Arabia doesn’t want a Orthodox Republic that opposes resource development and ecocolonialism for a neighbor.  So they get the US and UK to fund a War to oust a government in another nation… for whose benefit? Certainly not Yemen or even America’s for that matter.  

The American media buries this… Congress ignores it and Americans act like it’s no big deal. When the elite can use Americans to murder Americans with impunity… the Judge does get it right, Our Constitution has become broken.  And I hear the sigh of #AmericanApathy across the land.

Who Won In AFG‽

The People’s Republic of China… that’s who.  In reading up on the issues surrounding Alaska’s Natural Gas development… namely the deal brokered by former Governor Bill Walker, I found an very interesting article about ‘Biden’s Plan’ to turn America more ‘green’.  That plan which I’ll link below involves selling massive amounts of LNG to China in exchange for favorable trade status for China’s green energy products.  So the money will swish back and forth…

But here’s the catch… now that China is rapidly RE-establishing relations with the Taliban to gain access to both minerals and gas, they aren’t going to need as much gas from Us and they gain pretty much unfettered access to a massive mineral trove.  That means a glut which causes lower prices and less income thus less production which means a hit on the economy. 

That slushing of global money is going to slow way down… and the cost of the ‘Green Dream’ is going to rise and rise and rise.  America has become socio-economically dependent upon China… even indebted to them.  

The United State essentially financed China’s dominance in Southwest Asia with monies and blood.  That’s all in top of the Obama Administration allowing PRC surrogates access to the top levels of the American sciences institutes.  Why did China even have a Virus that the American government invented?

Please May We?

Why don’t people realize that We have to ask the government’s permission to protest?

Despite the FACT that this republic of several States was founded on the actions of persons that did not ask for permission to stand up for themselves. The various demonstrations by Americans over the course of this nation’s history have never succeeded when they ask for permission.  Whether it’s trying to stop harmful industrial development or taking back Our nation from a corporate directed bureaucratic quagmire, the simple fact is that nothing is going to change for Us commoners unless We completely revamp the Elections to meet the constitutionality that will help break the corporate chokehold over Our government and thus Our nation. 

 

Yesterday, Representative Crenshaw (R-TX) was totally correct in saying that it’s up to the people to begin fixing some of these issues on the State level and in particular he mentioned elections. This is a topic that I have been drum beating for a long time because it’s so simple and as strictly Constitutional as possible.  But here it goes again:

 

The US and Alaska Constitutions do not mention political parties and/or caucuses.  All legislation that allows for Private Corporate entities to have control and/or advantage in the Constitutional right of free and fair elections should be repealed and abolished.  The ‘recognized’ parties that have automatic access to ballots and oversight of the processes of elections create an unfair political environment that discourages We the People from participating unless submitting to the control of corporate entities known as ‘Political Parties’.  When independent Americans have to be put into a lower access class because they are not members of a private entity, then those applicable laws and regulations are plainly Unconstitutional.

I’ll bet that not one my local, regional and state elected representatives of We the People would support anything that would abolish private corporate control over the Elections in Alaska and America.  No matter which letter they celebrate behind their names… they simply do not want to see America as America was intended and should be.  They want to maintain the status quo that has caused so much of the societal tension that has led to the senseless deaths of Americans of all kinds.

In accordance with the Traffic Regulations for the U.S. Capitol Grounds, guidelines have been established to ensure events that are held inside the boundaries of the U.S. Capitol Grounds are conducted in a manner that protects public health and safety, while also ensuring the Congressional community can continue to fulfill its legislative responsibilities. Accordingly, demonstration activity is only allowed in designated areas on U.S. Capitol Grounds; please refer to the U.S. Capitol Grounds Demonstration Area Map below for specific information.

The type of activities that require permits on U.S. Capitol Grounds are, but not limited to:

Thursday Thoughts...Redacted

 Now that I’m having to use my creative outlet of writing under advice to avoid topics concerning my local and state governments, sometimes finding something else to write about can be quite the challenge.  I am naturally drawn to topics that more directly affect me, my family and my friends, thus why I’ve concentrated on local, regional and state topics.  Whether you agree with my positions on issues, I still have the right to publish my views on them as long as I am civil and factual.  For example… the taxation issue that I’ve brought up many times before.

 

Yes, the government needs funding and I strongly believe that if they want to take that funding from people that have already paid income taxes, local governments should diligently strive to constrain spending so that it does not exceed their legal income. If the local government is mandated to spend more money than it has, it should first seek full-relief from the entity that is mandating any spending.  The next course of action is to draw up a responsible and detailed fiscal plan and present it in-full to the constituents.  Then if more funding is needed and the government decides to use taxation to acquire it…  they must follow the prescribed method by which to enact a taxation schedule.

 

The State of Alaska Statutes clearly states that modifications and additional taxes must be approved by a majority of the Voters in a public Referendum and the City of Dillingham Municipal Code references this exact statute.  But this is not how things operate here in Dillingham Alaska. Despite the fact that this has been brought to the attention of the Mayor, City Council and Manager’s office many times before, not one thing has been done to remedy this fault. 

 

Why is that?

    It’s Monday again and thankfully the news cycle is a bit tamer than it was last Monday.  Somethings have transpired that have thrown some people off and even pissed quite a few others off, but that’s how life throws things at Us and we have to do the proverbial ‘roll with the punches’.  So, if your POUS candidate didn’t come out ahead and is a soon to be footnote in American history, join the club.  I haven’t voted for a mainstream corporate party candidate in years knowing that the odds were slim to none of being satisfied with the outcome.

 

    Now it’s time for Americans to look towards trying to figure out our way up out of the mess that the whole Covid-19/Corona virus issue has become.  Despite the incredibly low mortality rate of CV-19 infections, the governments still operate as if it is the greatest threat to our nation since al-Qaeda supposedly led the attack on the US in 2001 that kicked off the last 20 years of the ‘War of Terrorism’ that has led to trillions being expended to bomb and subjugate huge swaths of the Middle East and Africa. Yes Covid-19 is real and people have gotten sick and died from it, but it’s not the overwhelming threat that has been claimed.  I do feel for those that have suffered from it and for those that have lost loved ones and family to it.  I pray that God shows his mercy upon them.

 

But moving on to more pressing matters at hand… the recovery of the republic.

 

    Over the past year or so, We have seen a wide variety of political shenanigans leading up to the Biden/Harris victory and the divisions between We The People widened.  Most of this growth in the dividing of the people was fueled by the ever-present overtones of corporate political parties and media entities that are out for one thing and one thing only; filling their bank accounts with our money and resources to further their own wealth and power.  The people of America and the states of the Republic have been duped time and time again into voting for those power-hungry personalities that want to do nothing but forward their own agendas at the cost of liberty and security of the people.  

    When I went to check my business email on Saturday, I did see a ‘headline’ that asked something like: “What happens if a President Elect dies before assuming office.”  It was originally a piece from WaPo that was published in May 2020 and then updated and published in August 2020 (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/05/16/what-happens-if-us-presidential-candidate-withdraws-or-dies-before-election-is-over-part-1/) .  And here’s the Yahoo! The Stamp Act of 1765 (short title: Duties in American Colonies Act 1765; 5 George III, c. 12) was an Act of the Parliament of Great Britain which imposed a direct tax on the British colonies in America The purpose of the tax was to pay for British military troops stationed in the American colonies after the French and Indian War, but the colonists had never feared a French invasion to begin with, and they contended that they had already paid their share of the war expenses.  Tha tax became effective on November 1, 1765.

 

The Stamp Act was very unpopular among colonists. A majority considered it a violation of their rights as Englishmen to be taxed without their consent—consent that only the colonial legislatures could grant. Their slogan was "No taxation without representation". Colonial assemblies sent petitions and protests, and the Stamp Act Congress held in New York City was the first significant joint colonial response to any British measure when it petitioned Parliament and the King.

 

 Local protest groups established Committees of Correspondence which created a loose coalition from New England to Maryland. Protests and demonstrations increased, often initiated by the Sons of Liberty and occasionally involving hanging of effigies. Very soon, all stamp tax distributors were intimidated into resigning their commissions, and the tax was never effectively collected.^[7]

 

The Sons of Liberty was a secret revolutionary organization that was founded by Samuel Adams in the Thirteen American Colonies to advance the rights of the European colonists and to fight taxation by the British government. It played a major role in most colonies in battling the Stamp Act in 1765.^[1] The group officially disbanded after the Stamp Act was repealed. However, the name was applied to other local separatist groups during the years preceding the American Revolution.^[2]

In the popular thought, the Sons of Liberty was a formal underground organization with recognized members and leaders. More likely, the name was an underground term for any men resisting new Crown taxes and laws.^[3] The well-known label allowed organizers to make or create anonymous summons to a Liberty Tree, "Liberty Pole", or other public meeting-place. Furthermore, a unifying name helped to promote inter-Colonial efforts against Parliament and the Crown's actions. Their motto became "No taxation without representation."^[4]

Sometimes things in life just do NOT have to be complicated.  Adding too much into a process can often serve counter to the purpose to begin with.  For example, when writing a letter to elected representatives of We the People, the author should strive to get the point across in the opening paragraph.  Adding too much verbiage and details that can be brought up later will often cause the reader’s eyes to glaze over and their mind to gloss over the entire intent.

 

This is especially true when dealing with complex topics that have many facets to consider… such as mitigation efforts to stifle the potential spread of a contagion that could possibly pose a potential risk to segments of the population. The issues surrounding the Covid-19/Corona virus are a myriad of emotions and science that can easily be construed to portray whatever a person wants them to say. Currently the Dillingham City Council is striving to maintain operations in a manner to keep people safe… but the language of proposed ordinance 2020-22 is far to ambiguous and essentially places our community in a perpetual ‘State of Emergency’.

 

After various communications with just two of the elected representatives of the people of Dillingham, I can pretty much say that the City Council is not going to ‘table’ the ordinance during next week’s meeting.  They have repeatedly communicated that they are not willing to hold a public in-person forum so that We the People may redress our concerns about the language of 2020-22.  This is disappointing to say the least… but is also very indicative of the issues that We face in getting the governance that We deserve from Our government.

The US Constitution:

“Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

That word ‘Congress’ is interchangeable with any term used to describe any position of governance such as assembly or council. The US Constitution is not a granting of any rights… it is a document that defines what the government cannot do and what rights We the People have secured as Ours.  When a government entity takes it upon itself to grow bureaucracy and ignore the people, then it has out served its purpose and must be replaced in order to stop the potential for tyranny.
