And another week of the Biden Administration not doing anything to enforce the law along the US Southern Border. There’s no telling how many more ‘migrants’ the US has now… and terrorists too! Here’s the comments of Rep. Tony Gonzales of Texas  where he revealed his conversation with the top Panamanian diplomat Erika Mouynes, who said there are more than 100,000 migrants in her country headed toward the U.S. right now. He asked her if Panama had caught any one on a ‘watchlist’… 

““She goes, ‘Funny you ask that Tony because in Panama we do biometrics and we have apprehended 52 people that have been — that are associated with al Qaeda,’” the congressman recalled. “

The United States should immediately deploy necessary military resources to the Mexican border.  The mission will be to immediately stop any actual ‘border jumpers’ and establish a buffer zone pushing all migrants back into Mexico.  Mexico has obviously failed at securing their own borders and is allowing the steadily increasing flow of migrants to transit their nation to invade Our Republic.  

When asked about the Biden Administration’s response to the fact that terrorists are coming into America via the Southern Border…

“She goes, ‘There’s no one home. I’m here talking to you because the administration is just absent,’” the congressman said.”

So… back to the fact that the United States does have laws regarding the legal entry in Our nation.  The primary role of the Executive Branch of Our government is to enforce the Law as written and to Defend Our Nation. There is a credible threat to Our Nation’s security and sovereignty happening currently and the President is failing to do his job and so is his point person. This is the very dereliction of duty.

Taxation Without Representation

One of the founding ideals of the republic of several states that We know as the United States of America is that We The People shall not be taxed without representation and consent.  The issues surrounding the taxation of colonists led to such famous events as the ‘Boston Tea Party’ on December 16, 1773.  There have also been tax protests in modern times but most have failed because there is a segment of the US population that firmly believes that they are owed a portion of the earnings and perceived value of property of others.  Time and time again the courts have ruled in favor of these taxes… most of the time those rulings are validation of existing code that prescribes taxes.

 

However, in the City of Dillingham there is NO valid code that authorizes any taxation.  This is pure fact as attested to by former government employees in the attached documents. The State of Alaska law states clearly that any taxation must be approved by a public referendum.  There has never been a public vote on the current tax structure used by the City of Dillingham and all taxes enacted since July 1, 1977 are illegal. Below is a copy of a fact sheet submitted by a former City of Dillingham resident concerning the issue.  The key facts are #2 #4 which is also sworn to by affidavit of a City employee.   

 

In fact, the City of Dillingham’s own Attorney in 1994 warned the municipality that the Voters had never ratified any tax regime and that any changes to the in-place taxation scheme would likely create a problem.  This problem did in-fact arise sometime later as the City of Dillingham chose to pursue through the courts several property owners that had not submitted the illegal tax payments.  However, the Judge in those cases was the former City Attorney and in a CYA move, ruled to toss out the evidence that clearly showed that the taxation scheme being used by the City of Dillingham was illegal. 

 

The point of this post is to fully inform other residents and property owners of these facts so that they may act to rectify the situation.  If in fact people believe that they are owed some portion of another person’s income and/or property value, then it must be done so in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska.  The City of Dillingham Council must immediately suspend all collection of taxes and then submit to the voters a fair and non-progressive taxation schedule. This is the only correct way to fix an issue that should have never come about in the first place.

I will be submitting a slightly modified version of this in the form of a letter to the Mayor, City Council, City Manager and heads of the BBs.  I have raised this issue with the Mayor and Council in writing before with absolutely no response from anyone.  So in saying that, I may also seek assistance in getting this published in the ‘regional’ newspaper so as to expand the audience and raise the issue to a higher level of concern for those that are not aware of these facts.

This is just a scenario folks…

Let’s say that because the members of an organization participated in an action that was deemed a certain way by the Federal government and thus also labeling the associated organization, would all members of said organization also be labeled and possibly prosecuted for “providing material and or/financial support” to said cause?

The US Federal Government bases it’s domestic policies regarding race and equality and “anti-government activism” in-part on the consultations of The Southern Poverty Law Center.  If You are not familiar with them, I suggest that You check them out  -> ( https://www.splcenter.org/ ).   More specifically, check out the Alaska groups they listed in their 2013 report.

No Gun Registry Needed

Iranian born White House inner-circle commandantrix Valerie Jarrett said Yesterday that The White House is almost ready to roll out it's response to the mass shootings in America.  Insiders are saying that the approach is going to include a nationwide ban on semi-automatics that resemble military styled weapons. The ban will be written as a ban on a product that poses risks to public safety.  The first actions will include voluntary participation in a turn-in campaign and then knocking on the doors of anyone that has ever applied for a permit or license to own any type of firearm.  Compliance is going to be based on production information to make sure they get as many as possible.

Folks, I surely hope that the Grand Jury had the wisdom of Solomon as they made their final vote.  The law enforcement officers and fellow Americans that are standing in the streets around America are in for some difficult times ahead.  There chosen profession has now put them at the focal point of a whole helluva' lot of public resentment towards the government.  The movements that have co-opted this tragic event to further destructive and non-productive agendas should be ashamed... but they're not.

I feel for the young man's family on a human level.  No parent should ever have to hear the news of their child's death.  It's in humane... but that doesn't justify the calls for violence and vigilantism that are being echoed across the public response to this issue.  Fighting Fire with Fire is a tactic best left to professionals.

Right now, there is a plethora of LEO's congregating on and around Ferguson, with all sorts of toys and tactics.  But, the hard thing to figure out is this, What is their goal?  Are they there to protect of provoke?  I sincerely hope it is the former, because if their actions are for the latter, America is going to lose in the end.

    The US Government has supposedly been "shutdown" for a Week or so now according to the mainstream corporate press outlets and of course NPR.  But I beg to differ, the mere fact that this is being used as a means to hijack Our Government proves that OUR Government has been ShutDown to US for a long, long time.  They stopped listening and caring and looking out for the one's providing their resources...We The People.

I have never nor will I ever advocate for violent confrontation with the US Government over it's corrupted policies and actions.  However...this video makes a few excellent points that I feel Our elected representatives in Washington DC and ALL of the State Capitols should heed.  We The People oppose this action being considered by President Obama that is based on 1/2Lies and Greed for the resource extraction industry.  

It's high time that Our government begin representing the will of #WeThePeople and focusing the efforts of Our Resources on the betterment of America and not on the bank accounts and lavish lives of a privileged few.  If you are reading this after watching the video and you still support the Obama Administration in it's desire to strike out against the rest of the World... then I pray for you and yours because you are ignorant and foolish!  IF that offended you...GOOD!  That means it's #TRUTH!

Dear Senator Begich . . .

Senator Begich,
As a veteran and parent...I humbly ask that you vote against any military intervention in Syria.  Having been to the Middle East and having studied the long history of conflict in the region, I realize that the words of Golda Meir ring so true; "The will be no peace until the Israelis and Arabs love their children more than they hate each other."

The actions by the Obama Administration to prop up the FSA and affiliated groups to tear down the Assad government are atrocious.  Supplying arms and aid to Islamist paramilitary groups in order to create a new Syria that will comply with the demands of the US/Israeli led exploration for hydrocarbon fuels and pipeline routes should actually be considered treasonous.  The US is wasting OUR valuable resources in spreading democracy through domination, while the general well-being of our own nations falters.

Please give every consideration to the long-term effects of any action the the US may take in Syria...as We have grown weary of War.  Don't you think that a almost a solid century of War for Resources is enough and it's time to start thinking America First?  I look forward to hearing from you on this critical issue...as there are others that should be addressed before We start another military conflict for someone else's reason and benefit.
