One positive thing that has come out of the whole CV19 debacle is that the truth about the US government’s role about funding and participating in Nazi Germany styled medical experiments all across the globe.  Two weeks ago it was revealed that the NIH under Fauci had funded Viral GOF/Enhancement research in China and tortuous experiments on animals.  This week it’s been found that the NIH also funded research using the scalps of aborted humans being grafted into rodents.  If this isn’t proof that the US has failed and is as evil as Satan itself then nothing is.  

Yes what Fauci’s NIH is filthy… but even more vile is that despite all the evidence stacking up against the current corporate regime in DC… a lot of Americans are happily swallowing it all head and shaft.  The people are being vilified for speaking out against the idiotic atrocities of the MIC by people that don’t contribute to society.  Satan’s Simps bully the faithful and the truth seekers through all manner of coercive means and promote the degradation of society through false equity and the corrupted courts.

We the People have pretty much abandoned our self and pursue the as legislated American Dream… as shoved down our throats by the coordinated corporate media control… the antithesis of what America is supposed to be. I’m gonna demonstrate this by posting this in a local Fbook group and see how long it takes for a ‘progressive’ to either attack me personally or bring up the last POTUS… whom I did NOT vote for nor support. But the #PerfectPeople will reign… but only here on Earth.

The younger generation and even some of the older Americans have become soft and lazy while choosing to also abandon traditional beliefs and have adopted a laissez faire attitude towards almost everything. This results in a mentality that they are owed something by someone else because they don’t make it themselves or expect more than they are are actually capable of being. Those people that actually have overcome life’s hurdles to be productive are expected to make up for the failings of others. That’s not how it works folks… Equality and Equity cannot be achieved when it is enforced by violence from the government. 

The very foundations of America and the ideals of the Founding Fathers are being attacked so that this Wokeism generation can shirk the realities of life as it has been since creation. We are as a living being are expected to contribute to the overall survival of our species by helping build it up… not tear it down by promoting dependence upon others, promoting immoral behaviors that defy the laws of nature and decrease propagation of our species and accepting medical treatments that modify the very basics of our bodies. 

If You claim any affiliation with the God of the Bible… you shall never promote and/or protect immorality, you shall not surrender the temple of God to anyone… you shall not promote welfare but encourage and help people help themselves.  Christ always made the people he helped do something for themselves first. The plain and simple fact is that there are unfortunately the incorrigible ones that We can only pray for. 

As long as We the People keep on electing people that promote these self-inflicted issues and even work to promote the degradation of America… we will continue to falter until America is no more.

So since being booted from almost all forms of social media and being the subject of the unconstitutional semi-public/confidential investigation by the City of Dillingham... I've been pretty busy refocusing on some more pertinent issues. I still stand 100% behind everything I have ever written, said or done regarding all interactions I have ever had with the City. That's about all I can relay on that matter as I am under advice of counsel to lay low until we figure out what they are doing.

I can however speak to an issue that is close to heart and soul... Protecting Bristol Bay.  Several days ago the Biden Administration accepted an appeal to a mine permitting decision.  The mining project in question is the Pebble Mine.  On numerous occasions, We the People of Alaska have clearly stated that we do not want this mine developed on Our land.  Opposition to this perpetual destruction was affirmed when the majority of Alaskan voters ratified the Bristol Bay Forever Initiative.  Even the Trump Administration was vocal in their opposition to this massive mining disaster being pushed by a foreign corporation and corrupted politicians.

Which brings me to ask... Why is Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy so blatantly disregarding the voices of Alaskans on the Pebble Mine issue?

Just a reminder to Governor Dunleavy: The Alaska Constitution is extremely clear about  development and commonly owned resources.  No resource shall be developed at the risk of another and that all development is for the best sustained use for the benefit of Alaska. Seriously... go have your LT. Governor and/or AG look it up. Better yet I will provide a couple of the relevant passages here:

Article VIII – Natural Resources

§ 3. Common Use

Wherever occurring in their natural state, fish, wildlife, and waters are reserved to the people for common use.

§ 4. Sustained Yield

Fish, forests, wildlife, grasslands, and all other replenishable resources belonging to the State shall be utilized, developed, and maintained on the sustained yield principle, subject to preferences among beneficial uses.

K.I.S.S. Rule…

Sometimes things in life just do NOT have to be complicated.  Adding too much into a process can often serve counter to the purpose to begin with.  For example, when writing a letter to elected representatives of We the People, the author should strive to get the point across in the opening paragraph.  Adding too much verbiage and details that can be brought up later will often cause the reader’s eyes to glaze over and their mind to gloss over the entire intent.

 

This is especially true when dealing with complex topics that have many facets to consider… such as mitigation efforts to stifle the potential spread of a contagion that could possibly pose a potential risk to segments of the population. The issues surrounding the Covid-19/Corona virus are a myriad of emotions and science that can easily be construed to portray whatever a person wants them to say. Currently the Dillingham City Council is striving to maintain operations in a manner to keep people safe… but the language of proposed ordinance 2020-22 is far to ambiguous and essentially places our community in a perpetual ‘State of Emergency’.

 

After various communications with just two of the elected representatives of the people of Dillingham, I can pretty much say that the City Council is not going to ‘table’ the ordinance during next week’s meeting.  They have repeatedly communicated that they are not willing to hold a public in-person forum so that We the People may redress our concerns about the language of 2020-22.  This is disappointing to say the least… but is also very indicative of the issues that We face in getting the governance that We deserve from Our government.

The US Constitution:

“Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

That word ‘Congress’ is interchangeable with any term used to describe any position of governance such as assembly or council. The US Constitution is not a granting of any rights… it is a document that defines what the government cannot do and what rights We the People have secured as Ours.  When a government entity takes it upon itself to grow bureaucracy and ignore the people, then it has out served its purpose and must be replaced in order to stop the potential for tyranny.

So DLG… What’s Next?

 Over the past two weeks a collaboration of We the People in Dillingham has begun an effort to get the Dillingham City Council to hold off on taking any further action on ‘Emergency’ Ordinance 2020-22.  I know of at least a dozen or so letters that have been submitted to the Mayor and members of the council asking that the Ordinance be ‘tabled’ and a public forum styled meeting be held by the Council so that the citizens may voice in-person their concerns for this ever-growing ‘Emergency’ ordinance.  I personally only received a reply from the Mayor that was minimal at best… but that seems to be status quo for those supposed elected representatives of We the People.

 

The next City Council meeting is when they are supposed to take action to either ratify the new ‘Emergency’ ordinance or not.  As of today, no announcement has been made about holding off and pretty soon it may become totally apparent that Our government is not listening to the people they are supposed to be representing. It disgusts me that I have to write something so presumptuous about the council, but I can only base my thoughts of the facts. Now… I may be off-base completely because I am not in-the-know on a lot of things anymore since being deleted by fbook.  Maybe the DLG Citizens for Freedom group has made some progress in getting the Council to actually do their job… probably not though.

 

I did however pen and publish a letter to the council asking for a delay in action and I shared that letter far and wide.  I also quickly designed a few ‘print your own’ signs and sent them to the group email address.  This afternoon I plan to print and laminate some signs (samples below) and hang them in a few places.  I’ll make a few extras and if anyone wants one… y’all can figure out how to get in touch with me.

10-19-2020 through 10-23-2020 aka FRUSTRATION & FUTILITY

 On Monday, I posted a ranting about the newest version of the City of Dillingham’s proposed ‘Emergency’ ordinance as pertaining to the Covid-19 ‘crisis’.  In that ranting I used some stronger language than I normally do and I left out something that I usually proffer when I write about public issues, a suggested solution.  When I was asked about this, I had to stop and think about what a positive spun solution would look like.  I drew a blank…

 

This drawing of a blank is due to factors that are beyond my control and/or influence:

1.    Despite the overwhelming opposition to continued expansion of government powers of the people they are supposed to be representing, the elected officials in Dillingham have wholly chosen to ignore the people in favor of pandering to their good ole’ boy network of family, friends and co-workers. Those are the people that benefit the most from totalitarian governance and selective administration of the resources of the people. 

2.    I do on a regular basis reach out and submit comments, suggestions and complaints to my elected representatives in all 3 levels of Our government.  I rarely get any response from the federal level other than stock reply messages with no follow-up.  On the State level, I get a bit more interaction depending on which legislators I reach out to on topics.  I never get replies from Senator Hoffman… and the only replies I’ve ever received from Representative Edgmon are complaints and admonishments based on my written rants.  Nary a reply to positive action suggestions on topics like intrastate drug trafficking, high shipping costs or helping our neighboring communities.  The same rings entirely true with my interactions with local elected officials… and I know that I am not the only one that has experienced these circumstances while dealing with the governments of We the People.  

3.    Trying to play nice or using honey to attract interaction is proving to be a futile effort in today’s socio-political environment. So many people have been sucked into the self-glorification of politics and power that they have forgotten the basics of the American way and dream.  When I write to Our representatives on issues and such; I always remain civil, factual and offer thought out suggestions/solutions. For example… as a founding member of the fbook group called ‘theBAYpac’, I led the authoring of several pieces aimed at addressing some rather serious socio-economic issues that are taking their toll on Southwestern Alaska.  All of these commentaries were also sent/submitted to all manner or government entities. Guess what… no replies in the positive or negative.  

 

 

So, what is it going to take to make the City Council ‘WOKE‽’

 

FRIDAY UPDATE:  Since Monday I have peened and transmitted a letter to the Mayor and the entire Council on the topic of ‘Emergency Ordinance 2020-22’ which I publicly posted here:

“Just one thing that I would note.  We have had more participation in recent meetings than I recall having in many years and I presume that it is because residents have been able to call in to participate.”

Nothing about the actual substance of the letter at all.  This type of communications is what I have begrudgingly learned to accept from the elected representatives of We the people on all levels.  Just last week I sent a copy of my post called ‘Taxation Without Representation’ (https://jonrcorbett.blogspot.com/2020/10/taxation-without-representation.html) to the Mayor and Council… with one reply:

Not one mention of the actual topic… no follow through… no phone calls… nothing whatsoever.  I can show this to be the pattern that is situation normal for them for years. Now not to whine about this too much… but it is disheartening to essentially be ignored by elected officials on a consistent and regular basis.  When elected, they swear an oath to represent ALL constituents, not just their buddies and paycheck signers. The ideal of representative government is that ALL the people have a voice and you get out of it what you put in.  That is NOT what’s happening in Dillingham or the rest of Western Alaska... heck not in the rest of the republic either.  So, I ask again…

Yay...It's Friday!

 For most people Friday marks, the end of one work week and the gateway day into the ‘weekend’.  People all over the world use Friday as an excuse to look towards being as nonproductive as possible for the next two days and then decry the calendar as they start up their drudgery again on Monday. This is not the case for myself at all.  I actually would rather not have to deal with the mentality that Friday is some sort of day to celebrated on a weekly basis.

Friday is the day that I usually prepare a meal for my wife and her parents to have while they sit around having a few adult beverages and ruminate over the victory and/or foibles of the week.  Sometimes I take the ole’ lazy ‘take n’ bake’ route by grabbing something from the freezer section at the Bush Alaska version of a big-box store… and sometimes I actually start from scratch with one of my always wonderful meals. I think today it’s going to be a combination of the two… 

 

Moving on from that… I want to briefly touch on something that I haven’t really breached as a topic lately.  The national election and the plethora of circus rings surrounding it.  The most prominent circus ring of course is the fact that We the people are being forced to choose between an egomaniac and a crook. Sure, there is a third candidate on most ballots, but let’s be realistic… despite the fact that she’s the absolute best choice for the job, she’ll never be elected.  I dare say that if any of the Top 10 most admired people in history were to be resurrected and run for POTUS… the American people would still vote for one or the other or maybe even both mainstream corporate candidates.  What a sad commentary on how far We the people have allowed ourselves to be led away from the basic ideals of America.

There comes a time when a person must choose what their conscience guides them to do.  In his comments last evening at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland; Texas Senator Ted Cruz encouraged his fellow Republicans to the same.  I have to totally agree with his sentiment…but maybe not his reasoning.

A lot of GOP Convention folks boo'd Ted Cruz last night when he didn't outright endorse Donald Trump For President in a speech that was screened and approved by Donald J. Trump...

Does the Republican National Committee and it's followers’ expect/demand uniform compliance/acceptance of their Corporacratic platform?  Will We also see this happen in Philadelphia when the Democratic Party convenes their own circus next week?

If people want to be upset or concerned about Cruz, look for something real... like Heidi Cruz and her policy positions and involvement with the Council on Foreign Relations that is encouraging an EU styled North American Union with a common currency, expanded gun control and open borders. BTW, these are pretty much in-line with positions held by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party.

Wake Up America… the Republican & Democratic Parties do not represent the best interests for Our benefit.  The political system that is so celebrated by the corporate media and financed by corporate interests IS NOT enshrined in Our Constitution.  It’s beyond time for Americans to stand up and take back what is Ours.  If We don’t rest Our nation soon… all is lost and the best advise that can be given is to #PrayForRapture.

Are You Constitutionally Confused?

The big ‘social news’ of the past several weeks has been North Carolina’s House Bill 2 and it’s clause to restrict which public access bathrooms are available for use by people that are gender confused.  On the surface this could appear to be discriminatory to people that obviously have a psychological disorder that causes them to think that their physiology is in error.  But is that really what HB2 is about?  Several politicos have published that there are other clauses in the bill that aren’t even related to the whole transgender bathroom usage issue but are in fact related to protecting corporate power through the power of the government.  Whatever the case may or may not be, what’s really obvious is that government has now become confused in what it’s primary purposes are. 

I for one can tell you with certainty that is not to tell anyone which damn bathroom they can or cannot use.  The primary purpose of government is to protect it’s citizens from harm…period.  By encouraging people with an obvious psychosis to do whatever they want to is not upholding that primary function at all and in fact acts in counter of it.  Although mathematically isolated, there have been more than several incidents of persons going into bathrooms under this new guise of free-use and assaulting and invading upon the presumed privacy of others.  This is something that pretty much goes against ‘human nature’ and should never be acceptable.  But when the government says that We must abandon morality and cede self-security under the false pretenses of ‘civil rights’…that’s a sign to We The People that government has overstepped the powers that We gave it. 

The Federal Government does NOT have the authority under the US Constitution to decree anything regarding the laws of the member States of the Republic in regards to anything not specifically defined within the US Constitution... The use of 'Executive Orders' and bullying by the President to advance a social destruction agenda aimed at destroying morality and weakening the powers of We The People is un-Constitutional. The powers of the Supreme Court of the United States do NOT extend to arbitrating internal civil laws of the States of the Republic.  The Supreme Court of the United States is only authorized by the US Constitution to arbitrate disputes between the member States of the Republic.  

Continued Membership of the States of the Republic in the Union of America is at the will of the States... Not the Federal Government.  Secession or Abandonment of membership in the Republic is entirely up to the Citizens of each Member State.  When member States at the will of the People decide that membership in the Republic is harmful to their well being, they may vacate their membership and participation.  

The great American experiment in 'democracy' has failed... It is time for the People of the States of the Republic to stand up and call for a diminishment in federal powers or dissolution of the Republic.  If elected officials continue to bow to the federation in Washington DC that has grown to become a war machine for corporate interests, they should be arrested by the People and held accountable for treasonous actions.  

If You as an American and citizen of your State understand that these statements about the Republic are in fact true... Please take a stand for what is right.  The founding father's of America understood that the government should never, ever be able to use threat of violence against We The People in order to perpetuate it's own existence.  When police and military resources are used to quell dissent amongst citizens and to enforce codes aimed at collecting resources to maintain unjust government, then it's beyond obvious that it's past time to put that government into check. 

We The People were never meant to be slaves to a system that perpetuates War and Tyranny across the globe... Is this so hard to understand?
